Caring Table Podcast
Caring Table is a new heartfelt, purpose-driven podcast created for caregivers, seniors, and families navigating the challenges of all the moments, decisions, and emotions that come with it. Each episode opens a door to honest conversation, offering a place where listeners feel seen, understood, and never alone.
Hosted by Dianne Frana, a lifelong caregiver and community advocate with more than 11+ years in senior care and over 25 years supporting and educating youth, the show delivers personal stories, meaningful dialogue, and hope-filled messages rooted in faith. Whether you're seeking encouragement, understanding, or simply a moment of connection, you'll always have a seat at our table.
Dianne has dedicated her life to uplifting others. Her warmth, deep empathy, and natural gift for connection shape every conversation she leads. Beyond her professional work, she stays active in her community, volunteering at food pantries, serving with the Rotary, sitting on the Board of the Nyonblee Cares Foundation, and participating in church ministries and outreach.
When she's not encouraging others, Dianne finds joy in time with family and friends. Caring Table is simply an extension of who she is: someone committed to creating a safe, uplifting space where people feel cared for and empowered to keep moving forward.
